At JLL Paweł Sztejter manages the advisory practice that focuses on the housing market in Poland. He has worked in the real estate market for nearly 25 years. In 1994–1997 he was a member of an advisory group formed by the World Bank, whose goal was to support the reform of the housing sector in Poland.
He is also the co-founder and vice president of the REAS consulting company, which, as of 1 December, has become a part of JLL. At JLL he continues to cooperate with developers, banks, investors and other actors from the housing sector, and is responsible for the company’s activities related to property development and transaction advisory. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), member of the board of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) in Poland, and vice president of the Polish Association of Real Estate Market Advisers.
