REAS quality research
In the year 2008, REAS requested research company SMG/KRC Millword Brown to analyse the level of customer satisfaction with co-operation with REAS. The study had the form of interviews and its purpose was to identify factors influencing the level of customers' satisfaction in specific fields of co-operation.
