In years 1994 -1997, prior to founding REAS, Paweł was a team leader within the World Bank group of advisors supporting the transformation of the Polish residential market.

Paweł actively participated in the research and planning of residential investments for such clients as: Dom Development, Fadesa, GE Real Estate, J.W. Construction, Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners, ORCO, Pirelli Real Estate, PKO Inwestycje or Prokom Investments.
