Since 1997 REAS has been observing the residential market in Poland. Currently we are conducting systematic and thorough monitoring of residential investments in: Warsaw and Warsaw Metropolitan Area outside Warsaw,Poznań and neighbouring area,Wrocław and neighbouring area,The Tri-City, Łódź and neighbouring area, Kraków and neighbouring area, Katowice amd Silesia Aglomaration, Rzeszów, Szczecin, Zielona Góra, Koszalin, Bydgoszcz, Toruń, Lublin, Bielsko Biała, Gorzów Wielkopolski, Seaside resorts, Warmia i Mazury, Zakopane and other mountain resorts. On clients' request we are also prepared to monitor and and analyse residential market in other cities. The most important conclusions from our research are presented in periodically published reports.
