Since 1997 REAS has been observing the residential market in Poland. Currently we are conducting systematic and thorough monitoring of residential investments in: Warsaw and Warsaw Metropolitan Area outside Warsaw,Poznań and neighbouring area,Wrocław and neighbouring area,The Tri-City, Łódź and neighbouring area, Kraków and neighbouring area, Katowice amd Silesia Aglomaration, Rzeszów, Szczecin, Zielona Góra, Koszalin, Bydgoszcz, Toruń, Lublin, Bielsko Biała, Gorzów Wielkopolski, Seaside resorts, Warmia i Mazury, Zakopane and other mountain resorts. On clients' request we are also prepared to monitor and and analyse residential market in other cities. The most important conclusions from our research are presented in periodically published reports. The latest edition of the report includes data from the second quarter of 2009. In September 2008 REAS published the second edition of a report which summarizes the most important factors influencing the residential market in Romania and outlines the situation on local markets of Bucharest, the capital of Romania, as well as three smaller cities with significant potential for the development market: Cluj, Constanca and Timisoara. The publication provides only a brief insight of the extensive knowledge gained by REAS analysts. Download: "Residential Market in Romania - Spring 2009" Moreover, in July 2008 we concluded its independent analysis of residential market in Bucharest based on a thorough monitoring of the primary market in Romania's capital. The research had extraordinary scope - it covered nearly 220 residential projects, 180 out of which represented multifamily investments. REAS research facilitates a comprehensive insight into residential market in Bucharest, as it includes data regarding prices, standards, as well as sales rate in specific projects. The information gathered during the research serves to prepare reports on residential market in Bucharest on clients' order and is used in on-going advisory projects done by REAS.
