Małgorzata Żochowska has worked for REAS since 2001. Her main scope of activity encompasses REAS staff selection, organizing professional trainings for employees, as well as preparing the evaluation process. She is also responsible for finance administration in the company. A graduate of the Financial Management Faculty at the Polish Open University. Małgorzata Żochowska has many years of experience in international transactions agency. In the years 1998-2001 she implemented an independent project for a logistics company. She expands her knowledge on human resources management during numerous trainings and projects. She completed a seminar „Periodic evaluation of employees in the process of human resources management” and participated in the project „An Investment in staff”, implemented as a part of the Sectoral Operational Programme Human Resources Development.
