As a member of REAS Investment Advisory Team, Karol Dzięcioł deals first and foremost with analyses and project consulting for developers operating in residential markets in Central and Eastern European region. His rich experience is put to use by companies investing in Poland and Romania. Co-author of numerous reports and analyses concerning residential market in Bucharest and Central and Eastern European capitals. He provided consulting services to such companies as: Chayton Capital, Warburg & Pincus, Dom Development, Europa Capital, GE Real Estate, GTC, ING Real Estate and Pirelli RE. A graduate of the Finance and Banking specialization at the Warsaw University Faculty of Economic Sciences and the Interdisciplinary Department of Regional Planning and Management at the Warsaw Agricultural University. He also graduated from the Postgraduate College of Property Surveying, Real Estate Agency and Management at the Faculty of Real Estate Agency. Until 2007, he co-operated with the Knight Frank company, where he was responsible for preparing reports concerning residential markets in Poland and commercial real estate markets in Central and Eastern Europe region.
