Piotr Młynarczyk is a Consultant for Market Analysis in REAS. He is responsible for acquiring and storing data for the purposes of real estate market and investment analyses. His tasks include also preparing fragments of analyses and opinions on residential market and investments. Piotr Młynarczyk has many years of professional experience on real estate market. In the years 1994 – 1999 he was a real estate agent in the area of secondary market for the AD Drągowski agency. In Unikat agency he engaged in real estate advisory on the primary market, leading independent investment projects. In the years 2001 – 2007 he worked as Senior Negotiator for the Knight Frank company, where he co-operated with developers, banks and financial investors on the primary market, and prepared various reports. |
