Grzegorz Żochowski heads the Capital Markets Team at REAS. He is one of the few experienced specialists in Poland who focus on the financial analysis of investments and the entities applying for housing construction loans. Grzegorz is a member of Polish Association of Real Estate Advisors and a Real Estate Advisor no. 75.

Grzegorz Żochowski started his professional career at Powszechny Bank Kredytowy S.A. As a financial specialist he analyzed the financial aspects of construction projects for the Housing Finance Project which was partially funded in Poland through the World Bank. As a consultant to PADCO, Inc., he provided assistance and counseling to Poland’s National Housing Fund. Since 1994 he has prepared analyses of more than 200 housing investments and has developed comprehensive cash flow projections for more than half of those projects. Apart from financial analyses, he is responsible in REAS for valuations of land real estate considered by developers as locations for investment projects, as well as existing objects. He has co-operated with such companies as Savills, Griffin Real Estate, Magnus Group,  PeKaO S.A.

Additionally, Mr. Żochowski has delivered dozens of lectures as part of training seminars on the financial planning of construction project for both bankers and investors involved in the development of housing projects.

In the spring semester Grzegorz Żochowski, partner in REAS and Head of Capital Markets Team lectured a class on „Investment process in real estate - business plan/feasibility studies" at Warsaw Univeristy and at Warsaw School of Economics.
