Katarzyna Kuniewicz is head of Market Analysis & Research, which at JLL is responsible for monitoring the housing market and drawing up reports about new homes markets in selected Polish cities.
She graduated from the Institute of Economics of the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin. This is also where she started her professional career. She subsequently worked, among all, at the Ministry of Finance in the team responsible for preparing the amendment of the Public Finance Act. She gained experience in cooperation with the public sector as a consultant in numerous programs supporting municipalities in 2000–2005. She participated, among all, in the “Creditworthiness Enhancement Program” organized by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (Wrocław, Krakow and Gdańsk editions) and in the Institutional Development Program organized as part of an agreement with the Ministry of Interior and Administration.
In 2007–2018 she was associated with the REAS consulting company, which as of 1 December 2018 became a part of JLL. She is the author or co-author of many studies and reports for developers such as Archikom, Bouygues Immobilier, Budimex Nieruchomości, Dom Development, Futureal, Hossa, Nickel, Ronson Development, Yareal, as well as the Warsaw City Hall and Dalkia.
She is a member of the Polish Association of Real Estate Advisers (PAREA).
